New 40b build

Hi All!

I have been reading this site for almost a year learning as much as I can to prevent as many mistakes as possible with the understanding that I will make quite a few. Well, a few months ago I joined and bought a 40b and finally yesterday I was ready to begin this crazy hobby.

1) I built a cabinet for my tank
2) Bought 45g of R/O water from my LFS
3) 45lbs of base rock (.89/lbs!) & 5lbs of live rock
4) 15 lbs of black sand

Added everything together with my power head and heater...LET THE GAMES BEGIN!

I am still waiting for the rest of my sand to come in (30lbs) as well as my refractometer, maybe Wed. I will probably put my order in for my lights in 2 weeks since I don't need them to cycle, I am looking at AquaticLife T5 4x36.

I will post pics this evening when I get home.
