Just set up my new 40 gallon breeder tank last night. My other tank was leaking, so this was an emergency tank - but I LOVE it! I love the profile of this tank.

Anyways, here are the FIRST pictures!! New tanks are so exciting! :)

The rocks will be arranged today!

    Nice.
Can't wait to see it w/light so we can see the scape better, but so far so good.
    Congrats on the unexpected upgrade.

Thanks! I was dreading it, but I'm actually excited now! :)

We should be getting lights today. We got a light fixture, but the bulbs we bought are too long ::)

And now that the water is clear, we can scape it!

Congrats Kacy, the tank has a great footprint for a FOWLR tank.

    Thanks guys!

Just finished scaping it and putting the rest of the water in - we needed 15 more gallons! Don't get that...but..whatever. lol The water is cloudy, so I'll get a picture after all the muck settles again.

All fish are still alive and still traumatized - except Cosmo the clown. He doesn't have a care in the world! :D

Saw some brittles climbing around, so it seems everyone is doing ok. We made sure to rescue all the little asterina stars from the old tank too. My fiance loves them :)

We need some more live rock to fill out this new footprint!!
