Here are some photos with lights! Everyone is out happily swimming around. I think they love the new space of the tank!

Well, I can finally come back and update this thread. After 3 of my fish died and I couldn't figure out why I didn't want to post on here. Well...a cycle is going on as I have diatom algae everywhere in there. I guess that's what killed the fish - even though there was no ammonia, the water just was not right. A shock or something.

Anyways, still have my clown and he's doing great. Came back from 80% dead!

At least I know it isn't some disease, so when the cycle is done I can get another fish. Kind of excited to pick out new fish!! Wonder what I'll get?!

Sorry about your troubles. Picking out new additions is so much fun! I also have a 40 Breeder, frag/grow out system right now. I just grabbed an ORA Naked Ocellaris, and the most colorful Paracheilinus mccoskeri (McCosker's Wrasse) that I have ever seen! Keep us updated, and enjoy your new tank!

Sorry about the loss.. and I understand you kinda get reluctant sharing a bad news somewhat. Love the scape tho.
What new adds are in your mind? (and time to update your sig? :) )

I love naked clowns!! Enjoy the cutie! I've been thinking about a small wrasse, but I'm not sure! I have/had a lot of wrasses in my 90, so I might want something different.

Thanks. I really like the scape too! After the diatoms go away I'll post another photo since the water is clear now!

I have no idea what to add - I want something that I haven't had, or currently have, so that doesn't leave all that much for a tank of only 40 gallons. If it was 300 gallons...well I'd have a lot more options! I'll have to do some looking around!

I guess I should change my sig. I didn't have the heart to do it before :(

Now that you mentioned it, where is your 90 thread? Id like to see some pics of it as well, when you have time ;)

I HATE diatoms! But where do you think they are coming from? You really didnt use new stuff other than the tank tho?

Have you had chromis or anthias? I have 2 chromis in my 90 and they are pretty, yet dont add bioload, no?
