I guess this only applies if he intends on dosing mag and cal, are you? But i guess for any algae for that matter this applies but just checking...

I guess I'll have to keep an eye on that spray bar.

The koreilas I have in there are a 5 and a 2. I added 20 more lbs of live rock, and the two clowns seem to be doing great, its been 5 days, and have not seen any spikes yet. Also added a 1w moon light.

    Here are some updated photos...

Thanks gang...I added some more LR , a new coralife light system with 4 built in LED moon lights, a skimmer, a cleanup crew and a coral beauty. My nitrites are still a little elevated, but on their way down. Hope to add coral soon and a few more fish.

The tank is coming along great and I love the coral beauty. Remember to take it slow and dont rush it. in this hobby only bad things happen fast.

Thanks guys! I have decided to do away with the canister filter. I purchased a pre-fab sump setup from pro-flex powered by a supreme classic model 5 pump. I want to do a reef tank (down the road) instead of just a fowlr. I will be waiting for a while until everything settles down and is stable....I assume another 2 months or so. I'll post some photos when I get home of the new sump setup.

im a little leery of how fast your moving with it all. i hope it all works out good. its a good looking tank. if youre gonna keep adding lr, make sure its been well cured . also add it in small doses. dont want to see any major dieoffs and water spikes. good luck. and keep us updated. we like that. :)
