Lol well a k4 and 2 k2 is not alot thats what I have in my 65g with a 420gph return and the flow is great. Meat should be like a once a week thing for the tangs. You can find nori at any of your local grocer on the sushi section, its the green algae they wrap the rice in. Lol its not 100lbs I can promise you that, like other said it looks about 40lbs or so. The 2 fish depending if there fat and healthy you can pretty much trade them into your local fish store and they will compensate you for them, for both fish I wouldnt be surprised if you could trade them both in and get about 25-50lbs of lr depending on what ur lfs is like. Just cuz someone had it setup and runnign for 4 years doesnt mean anything, im truly surprised he didnt have anythign happen thus far but trust people on this website, its good people and all of us want whats best for the fish

Lol salt is a debate, I think its whatever works for you, if your doign fowlr then regualr ol instant ocean is good. You can feed the tangs nori only and they will stay healthy, I feed mine nori/brocolli/frozen food mixtures consisting of clam/oyster/shrimp/crab about once a week as a treat. If your tank is goign good then 10-15% water change every 2 weeks is good. You want to maintain salt at around 1.025-1.026. Its up to you how much flow you want, I want all the parts of my tank to have flow so now food can ever sit in 1 spot and raise levels in my tank. Depends on your loaction and the demand of those particular fish. If you have a local forum post it up on there and say you want to trade for some live rock or whatever else you need. Your gettign there but its good you came here to ask for advice 3reef rocks!

went out and bought 60 pounds more found a guy on craigslist $2 a pound. so $120 for 60 pounds. Fair deal I guess. So now I should be at a decent lr level.
