new 96 gallon tankmates

great advice, as usual ,guys.

i'm pretty excited about this tank. want something "exotic"!

would have left out the tomatoe clown, if it did'nt come with the set up, when purchased.

if you guys have any cool suggestions, on some "different" species to add, fire away!!!

after the emperor, and the clown, i'm probably going for the lion fish, first.i hear they've got some dwarf lions. might consider one of those.

any thoughts on an eel? moray?

 

lion and frog are definatly cool together, i have 2 frogs and a lion, just fine, the clown trigger however might be the only one to give you any problems, add him last if you get him, very territorial if he goes in first. im sure you know about lions and frogs, but just make sure you have a little tank set aside for feeders cause they eat alot of live food, mine go through about 100 feeders a week!!!! well, the triggers and puffers have taken a liking to the live food as well so it doesnt go quite as far, just be prepared to feed two to 3 times a day in that tank!!! i also just got a 4-5 inch arc eyed hawk, really cool, he fights for food like a trigger!! oh and pretty much any eel is cool, they just chill and wait for food. keep the frog full or any fish that he can eat....he will eat, trust me......mine ate a raw shrimp the other day that was no joke 6" long and as big around as his own body!!!!! quite impressive eaters!!
