I want to know what settings you have your camera set for...they seem to be working very well for capturing the light put out by the Reebrites. :) The tank looks great, BTowned. Thanks for the update along with the new pictures.

Yup that is a Garf Bonsai, yeah with 800W I have it shaded near the bottom now.

I've always had a chiller run at least during the summer. Even with the powermodule it ran. Of course now it runs more then ever. I try to keep my tank between 76-78 degrees, it stays at 78 all summer long.

Yes its a Canon Xsi with a Tamaron 18-250mm lens. Sometimes I just use the stock lens. I'm not sure of the proper settings. I'm not a camera guy by choice, a friend needed money, so I loaned him some, and he gave me his camera gear for collateral. That was a year ago...lol I did use these instructions when I took those pictures. One difference, was I took a picture I had of the tank with all the lights on, and used it for custom WB, and it worked. Unfortunately, all my pictures get deleted when I upload...lol heres the instructions

how to take pictures of your corals (camera settings tutorial)

Thanks a lot, I really appreciate it.

Thanks, I take a lot of shots, changing settings until I get what I want.

    Thanks Vic

    Thanks Steve...
Tonight, I was doing some maintenance, and noticed that my Aussie Nasuta is really growing a bunch of new growth tips. And from the side, it really is bright.

Wow! That's one beautiful wrasse. You have some beautiful corals as well. For flow in your tank, what mode is your Vortec set on?
