Ok, so I was taking comparison shots on my 60g and the LED looked 100times better then T5 and it was so much brighter. With the mu 135w and the daylights on, corals glowed more then when my T5 actinics are on. The LED makes everything look electric in color and the shimmer is amazing. But anyway, my camera couldn't capture the LED light and so the pics look washed out and I won't put them up but trust me, it is so much better in person.

haha. I first just clicked on the link without reading what you said and I couldn't figure out what the little coloured box was before the light comes on. lol. That light is BRIGHT! Looks like it's going to work very well.

So the Mu looks good on the 40? I have a 40 myself, and I'm thinking about upgrading my lights sooner or later. How does the light coverage do length wise? I was checking out the MU on boostled's website, and saw the lights coverage was like 24x24 or something like that..

Yes, well the 40g is only 16in deep so the Mu is way overpowered for our tank size. If you mount the fixture 12in off the water surface, you will get plenty of spread and you will be able to keep whatever you want ;D

Yeah I was thinking it would work out fine. I was leaning towards halides, until I saw the Mu on BoostLEDs site.. I love how crisp LEDs look. I'm looking forward to seeing some pictures!

It really makes corals glow, its really awesome. I have everything I need to start switching all the stuff in my 60g to my 40g except for a stand, which I hopefully will get next week

This just added to my list of which light I want. Haha So far it is:

2 AI Sol Super Blue or 2 Maxspects or 1 Mu from Boost or 4-5 Par30 from Boost or 3-4 Par38 from Rapid.

I'm kind of leaning towards the 4-5 Par30's because it is only 40-50 watts total and the cheapest of them all. Going to be going to an apartment so the lower the power consumption the better as well as the lower the cost. After looking at the video of a 30 breeder on their website I am thinking I should go with the Par30s.
