Are you gonna turn the lights off for weeks? It could take that long, if ever!

Relax will ya! Let nature take it's course in due time.... ;)

Nice color, swimming at the top is perfectly normal for juvenile clowns. Until if becomes comfortable it will bob at the top usually by an object like a return, ph, ect. Give hime a few weeks to settle in.

I think your tank is looking great and I really love that clam! My clown bobs around at the top also in my nano especially when its time to feed. He sticks his whole head out of the water. He must think he's part dolphin! :D

    What size tank is this?

My 12 gl and 120 both get the algae on the side.(green) I just use my magnet cleaner every few days. There's a few specs of green that the magnets don't get.

Isn't some algae on the glass normal? Maybe it isn't but I thought it was. No problems on the rocks just some on the glass.

I agree with you and I like to take it off as soon as I notice it. I was just wondering if maybe I was getting more than what would be considered normal. Never having a tank before I don't have anything to compare it to.
