New Additions!

After my unfortunate bout with Brooknella, and the unfortunate loss of my pair of clown fish and my royal gamma, I performed a ton of water changes, and waited a month. Thursday I went to my LFS (midwest coral farms), and I was able to get a pair of beautiful picasso clown fish, a tuxedo urchin, and a good size bubble coral. I also got a cleaner shrimp, which is very entertaining to watch. I havnt seen him clean any of the fish yet, but maybe he does it at night when the fish are asleep! I got all of these for 150.00, a great deal for the fish alone!

BTW, my outbreak was caused by wild caught fish, from a untrusted LFS. Learned my lesson from that! From now on im only buying Captive Bread fish from my trusted LFS that doesnt sell anything without quarantine, and wont buy sick fish.

 

Nice to see you starting over. The clowns are beautiful! Look into Marine-Max by tropical Science. I use it. Once a month or so for prevention of disease. It promotes a strong immune system to ward off diseases. QT do not insure disease free fish. Give it a look.
