never hurts to wear gloves when playin in your tank , though i personally dont and i do not when playing with my anemones either. On a side note i had to remove my hatian anemone from my reef because he wouldent settle down and i was tired of him stinging my corals

well everybody tells me to wear gloves when doing any work inside the tank.
    ok now the good part..

    how big is your tank?
    how OLD is your tank?
    what are your water parameters?
how long has the nem been moving?

All good questions. Also, what lighting do you have? Unless your tank is at least 6-9 months old with very strong lighting, I would strongly suggest not having an anemone. Try to handle it as little as possible, and it is ok to play it safe and wear gloves when you do touch it to avoid a sting.

200 litres, so about 50 gallons or so. And you have 2 T5 bulbs, with some T8. That's not a lot of light for an anemone....if it is high up in the tank it may be ok or it may not be. Please keep us posted, and consider a lighting upgrade (4 T5s over a 55g tank would probably be fine).

You should be fine. Feed it once a week and let it settle where it wants.
