    What type of filter should i get? :confused: I have a 36 gallon tank and i'm gonna get a power head and im getting a protein skimmer, do i need anything else? if i do, what?!

    You will probably be fine with just the skimmer. Depending on what kind of powerhead you got, you may need a second to get a desired flow. Youll want a thermometer, heater(or chiller), and lights. Lights depend on what you plan to keep.

    Yeah two powerheads are highly Recomended. For
    Some really good filtration I recomend adding an aquaclear 70 with purigen, chemi pure and a sponge. And if you wanna get fancy you could do ANOTHER aquaclear modded as a refugium.
