    Continuing from my thread http://www.3reef.com/forums/reef-cleaners/great-rock-129130.html Here is the aquascape! any tips and suggestions would be great ;D

    by the way, the shrimp is in to start the cycle!

    While your tank is still new have you given any thought about drilling the rock and pegging it? It would make it really stable, you can get great designs as well. Its very easy to do with a masonry bit and some reef epoxy or cement.

    another phillies fan ;D and no i haven't thought of that, sounds like a good idea, ut I'm the type of person that likes to change their aquascape around a lot. It can never be perfect.. haha

    If you use a thick rod you can just drill and place them that way if you want you can slide them out and rearrange. I have pics on my build thread if you wanted to take a look get an idea. I just feel really safe about it now, in my current tank I hate moving one rock because the rest can slip so once the corals are on the rocks and growing you wont be moving the rocks around all that often.

    i may have to look into that, won't have to worry much about corals though because I'm starting it as a fish only. but thanks for the info!
