Just received my 1st two corals for my RSM 250 65 gal system. The Australian Elegance Coral opened up immediately and looks beautiful in my substrate with a medium water flow on the right side of the tank. The brain coral is one of the most striking I have seen and my Watchman Goby came out for the pic as well! ;D

I've done my share of research with these Elegance Corals and it seems the Australian specimen is the one that is the most hardiest compared with the standard the eastern asia specimens. Time will tell but I feel I have met the exacting environments this critter needs. I am hoping when I get my pair of clowns they will take to the elegance coral since I have made up my mind NOT to get a full fledged Anemones as their "roaming" activites has me a bit nervous! I have taken some pics below. Hope you enjoy them.

Nice corals. Watch that Acan though, they can be pretty aggressive if any other corals come close. :)

Beautiful elegance coral. I would like to get one of those. Maybe that will be one of my next corals. I may just have to look for one at the IMAC event at the end of the month.

Thank you, I purchased mine through Live Aquaria from the "Divers Den". The Elegance REALLY adapted incredibly quick to my tank. Just want to maintain a LONG healthy life for this as well. Adding trace elements as they require while maintaining optimal water parameters and keeping my fingers crossed I can maintain him well!

Thanks for choosing one of our RSM250's. The corals in your tank look great. Best of luck.

Thanks, I wish my camera would REALLY show how RED it is. The flash took away some, but no flash would show too much blue...I am not a camera guy unfortunately.

Thanks Steve, the RSM250 thus far is doing great! A well engineered tank kit to say the least.
