Bought this brain today from my new favorite Lfs it was gorgeous in the store and apart of their sale...,

Got home and it was rainy, attempted to take everything in the house and went flying down the driveway dropped coral bag and it popped!!

I ran in the house like a crazy person and got it in some Tupperware and salvaged as much water as I could but it just wasnt enough so I added about a cup of my tank water, and then continued drip acclimating.

It hit the ground hard and was rushed acclimated and exposed to some air here is what it's looking like tonight its my first brain so not sure what to expect any thoughts? Or suggestions

Watch it closely, it doesn't look like it was injured so you probably will be OK.

Thanks, I guess I'll see how it does tonight, and I'll post some more pics when the lights come on tomorrow.

I don't see any injuries, so hopefully it all works out

Looks like a Wellso...I find them very hardy...I don't ever drip acclimate the Wellso's we get in...in our case they come straight from the S. Pacific suppliers so they have been in transit for close to 48hours...I find they acclimate better if I get them adjusted to temp for about 20mins and then go straight into good clean water. Unless the water in the bag was way off from your tank params I suspect it will be just fine.

I shut off the flow and drop some meaty food into the feeders... they take care of the rest.
