New bulbs for me

I finally got my Geismann AquaBlue+ and Actinic+ bulbs and put them in. What do you think of the difference?first pic is with the old bulbs and the second are the new bulbs.

 

Pretty deep blue, but great looking tank.

You know the actinics have about 1/3 the PAR of the blue plus so they are not putting much usable light into the tank.

 

Nice, those same bulbs popped my tank big time, and just wait a few weeks until your corals adapt, you have some nice coloration.

 

months ago when I got my T5 setup( I believe it is the same one you have) I asked you what lights you upgraded to, and you mentioned you liked how they made your colors really stand out so i thought I would give them a try. Have you noticed any negetive effects on your corals?
After reading your post your sig says "The dude abides", funny thing is I am wearing a shirt right now that has a picture of the dude on it and it says that very thing. I got a Dude Abides t-shirt and the yellow Medina Sod bowling shirt that the dude was wearing when they scattered Donnies ashes for my b-day last year.

 

No negative effects from the T5's, my old PC's had negative effects for sure. Ur tank looks good.

I've seen those Big Lebowski t-shirts around lately, why didn't i think of that..

 

Thanks, I look foreward to seeing what it looks like in a few weeks then. I just put the bulbs in Saturday.

Im using the same lamps in mine ibefishy

Im using 3 aquablue 14k, 2 actinic plus 22k and 1 reef white 15k by aquamedic
so its not as blue as yours but similar
