    Ok, so I have a Current T5 setup, 8 54's..I am thinking about swapping out the bulbs...My current config is
    Blue Plus/Actinic Plus
    True Actinic
    Blue Plus/Actinic Plus
    UVL AquaSun/GE 6500K

    ATI Pro Color
    ATI Aquablue
    True Actinic
    Blue Plus/Actinic Plus



    Any ideas??

    Get rid of any bulbs with 'sun' in the name.
    Tangster recommends URI bulbs - best quality of light and most intense. You can order them from him too.

    tangster recomended them to me like a month ago, just a 50/50 of actinic white, and super actinic. my corals and coraline have been growing like crazy.
    has a very similar color to alot of vho setups ive seen on the lfs tanks. will never buy another.

    So, I replaced my bulbs over 8 months ago...My question is, should I begin to replace the bulbs? I was thinking 4 now and 4 in a week....Thinking 4 Giesemann Pure Actinics and 4 Giesemann Middays....

    that what I would do. You could wait till 12 months though. They don't degrade for a while.

    t5's are rated for 18 month life cycle supposedly, i change mine every 12 months on the dot
