    Hmmm,.. Welcome!

    Have you tried testing for Nitrate? Invert's (Snails, clams, anemones, crabs, shrimp etc) have a lower tollerance to higher nitrates and coper based levels in the tank.

    Both values are at 0. I don't know what else could help. Maybe, there is a stray current?

    Might be possible, Never can hurt to get a grouding probe, and their only like 7-10$ at most.

    The tank might not be fully cycled yet or theres something in the water that is missing. Normally with types of algae growth the tank is producing amm, nitrite and Nitrate that isnt being consumed by the bacteria, Small amounts of it are ok. but if you have a break it somewhere down the line it might lead to, Your water, Feedings, or Overstocking the Tank or Stocking To fast as well as a Lighting issue.
