    Lg, you have a point about a throw away gun. Our cc law has only been around a few months, but one instance where a legal citizen shot a gunman that had a gun to a store clerks head. The Milwaukee pd cleared the citizen, but has kept his steyr and its doubtful it will get returned as it is "evidence".
