New Coral Additions!

wooo..that is steep..i always thought sps was cheaper than lps..

and yeah man this is the best forum ever, thats why i switched, all the other forums is just everyone trying to sell coral for stupid high prices..there is not one piece o coral in my tank i paid more than 40$..and that was the torch i just got..the acans im buying are 15$ a piece.. one with 6 heads and one with like 12..

yea idk i guess blue SPS's are pretty rare so they can charge what they want, i hate that in Green Bay they have 3 saltwater stores, 1 store i wont go to b/c the people know nothing, the other store doesnt carry any corals - but its where i bought my set-up from, and the other store is WAY over priced, but its really my only option and ordering from the internet makes me nervous!! so im stuck with the local place, which they know me very well but if i go in and see one guy he'll tell me the prices on stuff, and go back in the next day and ask the other guy what the price is on the SAME coral its 3 times higher... and i just walk out lol:

 

and all my sps were bought for like 5$ a frag..or given to me..idk i have an awesome local reef club forum, and baton rouge has tons of people with tanks and they just love hooking people up and trading and fragging..but my friend jimmy at corals2go has awesome prices and selection and shipping and just an all around great seller..he will ship anyway you want and usually corals can go a couple days and be safe, and he guarentees live arrival i think, i know for sure he will refund you..he is one of the sponsors here..

Buying an SPS for that much would be like pulling teeth for me.

 

yeah honestly shack i wouldnt pay that, that is a crazy price for a 1" frag..ive seen colonies go for that much with 30$ shipping and it was a crazy blue prety color..

 

well i may try this place its pretty cheap! i never thought id find a place that would be that cheap lol, a guy has some acans with 5 heads on it, and its nothing special its red, and grey and he wants 125$ for it hes nuts in my opinion! but he also was supposed to hold a chiller for me that he got in used, i go in to purchase it the next day at open, and he sold it...

 

Yea the store i usually go to has memberships for sale there and i am a member but they usually dont do many swaps for frags, and the place im talking about is called reef's aquatics on packerland in gb have you ever been there??

yea man that some shady stuff..and 125$ for some plain red acans,,my red acans in my tank thread cost me 10$ from jimmy, and it came with 5 heads..

 

i do have him bookmarked so as soon as i figure out what i want to do im going to put a small order in and see how it goes! ill let you know!
