new coral tanks

so im starting up two new corals tanks but it wont be the standard setup for me so i would like opinions here

the setups going to be the exact same as followed

30 gallon breeder
led lighting
remora c skimmer
aquaclear refugium with chaeto
crushed coral or sand havnt decided yet
tank will only have 1 damsel just for some waste to breakdown
a few nassarius snails,hermit crabs and other little inverts will be in there
and i will use dr.tims live bacteria to start things up


so heres where its going to differ
the system wont really be cycling for long with that one fish in there and its mainly going to be for growing out sps corals so how long would you think it would take for these tanks to be ready for the sps to be added
