It looks fairly expanded in the image.

This coral will take target feedings, you may have to train it initially by feeding it at night when you see a feeding response, just google "Lobophyllia feeding" to see what the feeding response looks like.

It's hard to judge the size in that image so you might one to look at Caulastrea furcata as an ID as well.

    What is your lighting type?

Good than you'll not cook it under LED's at that placement initially. Corals can take months to change color unfortunately. Keep your phosphates down and maintain good water chemistry and you should see some coloration improvement. Currently it looks a little browned out.

Personally I like frozen Rods Foods but there are similar frozen foods on the market.

You can start training the coral to eat by waiting until a couple hours after lights out. Put a small about of food in the tank and wait about 15-30 mins for the coral to open up and show a feeding response. Once you see the feeding response turn off the pumps (remember to turn them back on), then take a turkey baster and target the coral. Give the coral about 10-15 min to eat and turn the pumps back on.

The coral should show an improved feeding response over time. If hermits or other inverts are stealing the food you may have to feed them a little more at that time so they will not eat all the coral's food.
