Just picked up a Lemalia coral , not sure of its care and requirements, lfs guy says it needs moderate light and filter feeding food but doesnt need target feeding, but Im not real confident in his info,if anyone has experience with this species I would appreciat any info. Thanks, Dave

I believe it's actually spelled "Lemnalia".

Just a quick google for some basics since I don't have any personal experience with it. Is this what it looks like?

I think mines different from whats pictured but the info probably applies to it , a lot different than what the lfs guy told me ,so I will be trying more light and flow for starters. Thanks very much, Dave

If you can get a good picture that might help with a better ID. Also careful moving to more light, if you move it to high light too fast you could bleach it.

It does look like the pic on the Lemnalia link, Iwas first looking at the tree coral link. I placed it toward the back of my corner tank so its not directly under m/h,tank is pretty deep from front to back so theres much less light back there, seems to be adjusting well. Thanks again, Dave
