I went to a coral swap last weekend and got a couple of things and was hoping to find out some more info on them. Thanks for your help. =)

The last one usually has big yellow flowers sticking out but in the last couple of days it has not opened up as much.

the 3rd pic, as ingtar said, are sun corals. you will need to target feed it meaty food for them to open. its actually quite fun. nicwe adds also

The Tubastrea spp (sun coral) is azooxanthellate. Since isn't photosynthetic, you need to target feed it with coral food daily until it stays open all day. Then you'll have to see how long before it starts to close up again (everyone's tank is different). In some people's tanks, they have to be fed daily, in other's tanks they might get enough food from the flow and might only need to be fed weekly.

Thanks! The guy at the show told me that I would have to target feed too. What would be best? Would something like brine or mysis shrimp work?

brine and mysis will work. trhats what i feed mine. but you might find your fish will steal the food, so may have to come up with a feeding dome using the top part of a 2 litre pop bottle.
