Right now all the corals are in my new 28g JBJ 150W tank, Not sure when we will get the display tank back up (BEEN A VERY VERY BAD WEEK) Some of the corals are from our big Wet Thumb Frags and some from the frag swap we went to today.

I am not a good photographer and still have to learn how to use the new camera

BTW, the bottlebrush isn't a bottlebrush. It's an Acropora tenuis

    You are correct

Keep in mind that most species of blue sponge are photosynthetic and require a LOT of light whereas most people will tell you they are strictly filter feeders.

This is just a QT tank to observe new frags for the big tank.

The pictures are not the best, we just did a waterchange right before I took the pictures so it was still a little cloudy, With all these corals and such a small tank right now, we are going to have a horrible time keeping the kH, calcium and mg on track. Planning to do VERY frequent water changes and trying to figure out what is the easiest and best way to dose such a small tank (used to doing 135g with 60g sump!)

The camera I am using is the Sony Alpha DSLR. I was using the standard lens that came with the camera and a few of the pics I tried using the waterproof lens protector (porthole) and shooting down on the corals. I have not figured out (or even tried to figure out :{ ) the functions or the white balance of this camera so these are really crummy pics!

Hopefully the wet thumb frags will color up more after the settle in and I can get some better pics after reading up on the camera
