    Here is a few shots of the new Made in Italy CoralVue hoods. right now only 4 footers are availible The hoods cost $850 for 250 HQI and 4-36 watt actinic PC'S. They come with hanging kit and also legs for setting on top of the tank. The also have slide i shields to block the light when viewing from the sitting position.

    Those look nice! How high off the tank are they using the include legs?

    What is the venting like, any fans?

    The legs lift it about 5" off the tank. There is no fans. The center top of the fixture is a heatsink that pulls the heat out. The same system the Aqualine spacelights use.
