    I just got done redoing my canopy this second design I like alot better I is so much easier to use I also got a new like which practily fills the entire aqrium canopy... I had to drill into my canopy in order to make vent holes though for the new light.

    Check it out let me know what you think?

    Very nice, especially the holes for the fans. You can go to a computer supply store and get some nice fan grille covers to really finish it out!!!!--Great Job!!

    I actually bought the light thinking that it was going to be the width of a 4 bulb system not thinking tha 6 bulb would be so much larger anyway I just turn the lights off and tilt it up or for feeding just scoot it back and I have always used a turkey baster to add food.

    The canopy is fitting on my 55 gallon but can fit other with the same demintions it is 48 x 15 x 8 tall

    I dont know how big the holes are that you drilled out. But home depot sells black vented caps that are round and plastic. They are made to go :)
