New Dwarf Lion - How much to feed?

Picked this guy up about a week ago. He is doing great. He has found a few spots in the tank that he likes to just hang around at
I feed PE mysis right now and he actively swims around during dinner time grabbing as many as he can. Should I try feeding him something else a little bigger on a stealth stick or is mysis fine for right now?? -- He is about 2 inches mouth to tail.

Used to have one of those. You're lucky to have it eating frozen so quickly from what I've experienced. You might switch up the diet every so often just for variety but I see nothing wrong with how he's eating now.

 

yes, you want to make sure that fish eat a variety of food.

 

Switch to market fish. Give him pieces about as big as his eye and feed him until he gets a nice bulge in his belly or he stops eating. Start with Salmon..... everyone loves salmon.

You got the expert opinion up there^^ I've killed two Dwarf Lions by over feeding so be careful. He ate feeders & ghost shrimp while he was alive. I had one, learned my lesson about over feeding then bought another one and the same thing happened. Only fish I have ever had die in my tank
