Well, I just finished installing my new Tek 6x54w T5 fixture, I decided to hang it and am very glad I did, the overall look is very sleek and clean. I also got my Vor Tech MP40 which also really helped to clean up my tank. I love both already. The Tek fixture runs very cool, even though there is no fan. I thought it would be much hotter, but it is very cool to the touch. It is light and works great so far. Note that it is really high off the tank, I am slowly lowering it to allow the corals to adjust. The MP40 is awesome, I know it is a lot of money, but totally worth it IMO. I love the settings and boy does it move water! I also moved my rock around a little bit. I have also finally learned my lesson and am in the process of building lids for my tank out of acrylic. I will be drilling small holes through out them to allow heat and air in and out. Here are some pics.
