Anyone try that new fish food from Sera Marin that some companies are giving away free with your orders?

Just wondering if its any good or if it should be avoided!!!

I received 2 bottles of Sera Marin Granules and 1 pack of Sera Vipan Staple Diet Aliment Compose.

Should I use them or discard them?

Here is a link to one of them ...Saltwater Marine Aquarium Fish Food: Sera Marin Granules

I think the Sera Vipan is for ornamental fish...not for marine!

    Thanks!

I havent either....I actually saw a huge display of the brand food in a really nice fish store I went in over the weekend in CT.

I didnt think to ask them, but next time I go up there I will.

Maybe someone else knows something about it.

I've heard of Sea Marin, they're advertised with Drs Foster + Smith stuff all the time.

I have no experience with it though, it's not what they're sending with all their orders :p

That would be Instant Ocean omnivore gel, which everything in my tank has been enjoying immensely.

Never heard about it before I read it here. Let me ask a buddy who is always interested in trying new brands. Let me take a review from him.

Sera Marin is a fairly large German company that has been around a while and is generally well thought of. They've only recently hit the North American market.

The one thing I've noticed in this food is how much of it's ingredients are terrestrial-based rather than marine-based.

i got some sera marin granuals with my marine depot orders and the say for marine fish on them, just checked. My fish LOVE them. Even without soaking they fight to get their share. My damsel is still too small to eat it whole so he will grab one and drag it to his eating spot to stash for later.
