I ended up going with a blue eyed kole tang since it should stay smaller. I have to say, I was tempted by a powder brown they had, but I stayed away due to tank size. I would have bought an eibli mimic tang, but it was a little too expensive at $80, and I was on the verge of buying another mimic until it turned around and was missing an eye. Pics when it comes out of hiding.

He's swimming all over the place and grazing constantly on rocks and glass. Pretty small, about three inches, and even better colored than I had thought in the store. He's a little thin because he was in a bare tank at the LFS and as a grazing herbivore he didn't have much to eat. I can't get a good picture-he's moving around too busily.

I have a pbt in a 4ft 110g. He is only 4.5in right now he is really happy, especially around the vortechs. When he is grown he will be mean because of the lack of room. I am building a 6ft 150g now.

I'm thrilled with my kole right now. He's pretty small, about 3 inches, and he is doing great. He hasn't stopped eating since he got in there, and he looks healthier already.

Koles are nice. It is one fish that has different shades. I have seen some that look like tomini tangs they were so light they had to be mislabeled. So if you get a kole, online may not be the best way
