new fish

I replaced my helfrichi with a yasha goby paired with a pistol shrimp. I have yet to see him since I put him in the tank. I got my water tested by an outside source and have lowered my max temp to 78 (from 80). Everything about my water seems fine and I'm pretty sure the fish isn't dead but cant see him anywhere! ugh im terrible at this hobby

 

Probably just getting used to the new home, give him/her some time. Luna

 

Don't get disouraged it's like Lunatic said, probably just hiding from the bully on the block. Keep the fish fed so they don't get territorial and he'll show his head.

 

Give it time, hopefully he will show up.

alot of my stuff hides for a good 3 or 4 days before it fully comes out
