New fish!!

I took some zoa frags to the store and got some new fish with my store credit.I got a leopard wrasse and a foxface.I get them home and acclimate them for half an hour and put them in my tank and my palani Tang starts chaseing them with a serious vengence.So I used my homemade trap and catch the palani tang take him to the LFS and got the powder blue I couldnt have because of him.Thank you Greg and Hope for the awesome deal of a trade for the PBT!! So He is establishing whos the new boss now that palani is gone and he is the new fish.The only one this is going on with is the yellow tang.My Naso acts like he doesnt exist and the dorey said K! you da boss.So far so good all have eaten tonight.And PBT didnt get as much ich as I expected like my first one did RIP Balough(--< yep I name them.My fiance cant figure out how I remeber the names of fish in 3 reef tanks and over 100 parrots that we have.LOL!!

 

Hah! Sounds like my achilles tang. Hes not very friendly to any of the new adds. But after a few days they swim with eachother like bros!

I'll put some pics up if all goes well.My sweetlips died so quick I didnt have the chance.Now I wonder if the palani killed him when I wasnt looking.He was sneaky like that!!My fiance told me he would do things when I wasnt looking and she saw him watching me before he would do something with my back turned.

 

Ok Here are pics of the powder blue tang and the foxface rabbitfish.I couldnt for the life of me get a good pic of the leopard wrasse yet.But so far all is going well.The powder blue has a little bit of ick but thats normal until he settles in,but hes eating good and I'll get him fattened up with algae strips.

 

Nice new fish, I love the powder blue. The leopard wrasse can be very difficult to take care of especially b/c it can be a very picky eater.

I have lots for her to eat in this tank.And she eats when I put food in.Shes doing real good.I've had my cleaner wrasse for more than 2 years now so she should do good.I've got a huge mandarin that I've had for 2 years too.

 

I got the leopard wrasse to eat pyramid snails.I also have a bunch of some other type.The pyramids killed my crocea clam along with some worm.I didnt want this to happen to my maxima so I got her and she already cleaned it.
