I'm jealous of your constant fish and coral buying addiction!

Well, I ended up canceling the firefish because I have nowhere to put them! I'm hoping my current wrasses play nice with the new guys. They will be here tomorrow!

    I'm a little confused here...

If I may, why was the male flame parted with as opposed to the red velvet? The female flame will probably turn male now...

All my wrasses get along fine. They have their hierarchy and remind each other who's who sometimes, but nothing problematic.

    Multicolored velvet
Flame pair (collected as a pair)
    Lubbock's
    McCosker's
    Filamented flasher

All males, expect the female flame.

My male flame was being severely picked on by my male rosy scale (red velvet) wrasse. It wasn't just one putting the other in place. It was bad. They were both large super males, and they did not get along. From reading online rosy scales can be aggressive, and since the flame and him were from the same family, there was tension.

If the female starts to turn male (does not always happen, plus her and my rosy scale kind of seem to be paired up) I will see how it goes. If there are problems she will be removed. But as of now they get along fine, and I can't catch her to remove her anyways.

I'm very attached to the rosy scale (Red velvet) and couldn't part with him as of now.

Oh, I also bought one firefish for my 37 gallon and some easy starter zoas for that tank! I'm excited to try growing coral in there.

I also got some blue/green xenia and pulsing xenia for my 90. I know, I know, they are weeds - but I love them!!
