    Mine did poorly under my PCs. Took it back before I killed it. I hear that six months is the average time in captivity before they keel over.

    I have one as well and it is doing well after about 5 months.. I have not target fed mine but it looks like maybe I should start.

    i got one of these 2 weeks ago as an impulse buy, doh!!! i hope i dont end up taking it back, i read somewhere that these were once considered easy but like the elegence now are difficult? anyone agree with that? anyone have theories why? at this point i'm thinking they DONT like pristine water and need some dissolved solids but i dont really have the experience to make an informed opinion on it.
