I just got myself the last fish I plan to add for a while other than a sleeper goby. Its a figi foxface. Got to be at least 5 or 6 inches long. He's a real beauty and I'm amped about it. I have some pics but I can't get them onto my computer right now because they're on my cell phone and I don't have service for some reason so I can't text them to my email (sorry luna). Unfortunately he means I have to get rid of my ocellaris or else I'll be overstocked in a year or two. He hasn't come out much, but he's getting braver. My yellow tang has been showing him who's boss by flying his sailfins and swimming up next to him real fast. Its actually amazing to see the tang in full glory and the foxface with all of it's spikes up. He's backed off though and I don't think he'd ever really attack considering the venom.

Done rambling. I'll get the picture up ASAP

awesome, I have a foxface in my 55, love him! Very fun fish to watch. Him and my yellow tang get along great, they follow each other side by side all around the tank.

Finally got a rough pic up. Throughout the last couple days he's been coming out more and more. He is the biggest fish by a couple inches, but the yellow tang continually flashes warning fins and swims quickly up next to the FF giving a brilliant warning and sizing display. Like I said, to see both the tang and foxface fully puffed up is quite a sight. Anyway, whenever I put food in, he leaves the two caves he's spent all of his time in and gobbles down all he can find until its gone. Also, I put romain lettuce on the veggie clip to get him eating before I saw him eat because he was gobbling it up at the LFS, and he ate a bunch hear. He also nibbled at seaweed on the clip and eats up any piece that the tang brakes off that floats into his cave. He's getting braver.

    Here's the picture.

Oh, and for anyone who has a foxface or has had a foxface, how long does it usually take for them to get comfortable and start to come out and swim?

My foxface only hides when he goes to sleep. He'll go hide behind some live rock and take a nap. Otherwise he's out swimming around.

This guy is getting braver by the minute. He loves seaweed on the clip. My tang has also backed off about 90%. What do you mean changing color?
