I've had this refugium set up for 3 weeks and I am starting to get green and purple coralline growing on the two hunks of LR I put in. As of yet no nitrite/nitrate cycle...but all things in time. Anybody know what the little red flower like thing is on the right side near the top of the rock?

I don't know what the little red thing is. Could it be a sponge? If you can get a close up of it and some of the others may be able to help you out with it.

    Your rock looks good!
