Get fresh fish from the market, if you can. It's cheaper and better for them. Vary that as much as possible, and they will grow wonderfully.

You get the piece of fish and cut it up in pieces and lay it on a plate or something. Put saran warp between the food and the plate or you won't be able to get them off easily and saran wrap over. Freeze overnight and then put the little cubes in a baggy. This way they stay individually frozen and don't stick together. Then you can just pull out a cube when you need them, precut to the perfect size.

Oh wow. That's awesome! Great idea! What kind of fish do you recommend? I think Greg said salmon?

They love salmon. It's an ideal fish. Has been accepted by all fish. Well priced and often on sale. Available almost everywhere. Can cut it to any size you want easily without falling apart. Doesn't smell. Isn't sticky. At the same time you can ask for a couple of shrimp and a single scallop, that sort of thing. They may look at you odd at first, but they get to know you after awhile. Get friendly and they while give you the inside scoop on what freshest and stuff like that. Squid, mussel... all the inverts are acceptable. Shark. Tuna. Lobster is like snot when it's raw, so stay away from that. You won't get it on a stick easily.

As for "how much" to feed, you'll want to feed the fish 4-6 "eye-size" pieces per feeding. you should see a nice little belly bulge like this:

Ahh! She is perched right under my clowns nem. They are both going crazy trying to get the fuzzy to move jit it won't. They are like trying to tail slap it or something. Should I be worried?

She really dosent seem to be bothered by it. She is just sitting there taking it. lol

lol. if your lion feels stressed by the clowns, it will go elsewhere in the tank. tell those clowns to stop clowning around. :)
