    Hey guys, I'm Juan and I just want to say hi. I actually don't have an aquarium tank (yet) but my friend owns a tank himself and started a "Coral" Club at our local high school and asked me to be vice president. I am eager to learn all I can about raising fish, live rock, and what not so that I can set a good example for the students that will be joining.

    before you get a tank like you soon will find out. you need a lot of research and a lot of patience.

You will find lots of good info here and if you have any questions just ask Im sure someone will have an answer, or just do a search as the question has already probably been asked and answered. Good luck with the club. I wish my school would have had a club when I was going there, I may have went more often.

    Thanks, I'll be sure to look before I ask. Previous experience with the linux forums (proud linux user btw) has shown me to be a little more thorough. ::)

    welcome to 3reef.This is the best place ive found to learn anything you want to know about salt water.I also may have went to school more often.Do you have a saltwater tank at school for the club?
