I got me a new Coral Beauty, sort of hard to get a good photo of her, seems to be taking pretty well to my aqua scape. So far she's been eating some kelp pellets, brine shrimp, and some minced garlic that I put together into cubes. Tomorrow I'm going to see if I can find some Spirulina, I haven't tried this food with any of my fish before, but it seems like a good additive for my frozen cubes.

These fish feed on live sponge in the wild. You will need to get some frozen cubes for angels. Supplementing with live sponge is a good idea as well if you can get some from your LFS. Good luck with it. One of my favorite fish.8)

Thanks! I know, it's so fun watching it swim in and out of the rocks. Very skiddish fish at first, but it came with an appetite, she was eating on the first day, so luckily no stress period. Will they eat the sponge all the way to the root, or let it grow back and just nibble. I'd hate to buy a nice sponge just to have it completely eaten away, but maybe I can put some in the fuge and cultivate it there.

Unfortunately it will definitely kill the sponge. You could try raising one in your fuge but I am not sure how much success you will have as they tend to grow slowly. You should be fine with Marine angel food just be sure it has marine sponge as one of its ingredients. I used to give mine live sponge once in a while as sort of a treat.8)
