    I have the 6 bulb 48" one and eveything has worked fine. I disconnected the fan becuase it was a little noisy, but everything else has worked well. I did however swap out the original bulbs for aquascience bulbs about a week ago and wow what a difference. The original bulbs served me well over the first 8 months or so but they simply do not stand up compared to the aquascience ones. Also I use the plastic legs and they have been fins as well and all led's still going strong and they are on 18 hrs a day (LEDS only).

    Would by again any time.
