Yesterday after work I added new lights to my 10 gallon tank. They are CurrentUSA lights. 40watt bulb with the moon lighting as well. These lights made such an improvement to my tank I couldnt believe it! Now the question is, is there enough watts per gallon for some corals and an anemone? If so what would suitable for that light. It is 4 watts per gallon.

4 might be a little weak in my opinion, but would probably suffice for some corals. Corals vary in light dependencies and range anywhere from 6 to 10 watts per gallon as a rule of thumb – but rules are for breaking :)

Alright thanks. I will definately talk to the owner of my LFS. Still not sure about the corals though. I do want to put in an anemone in for my 2 Percs.

I have 640 watts over a 180, and grow accros almost to the bottom, the mushrooms on the bottom have actually moved UNDER the rocks.
6-10watts per gallon works if you are using incandescent 40watt bathroom bulbs.
WPG rule is an old way of helping people gauge lighting, T5 and MH don't follow that rule.

    Happy reefing!
