Ill have to get a par measurement to see if I will or not, my tank plans are sps and the polyp extension is immaculant, I'm very impressed with them already I love the 15k lighting, the only thing I'm going to miss is the timing on my old fixture if I do end up getting a 3rd should I get 10k or 20k?

Honestly I don't have a preference other personal on coral lighting. Some people say lower kelvin grows corals faster then higher kelvin. but higher kelvin makes the corals pop more.

personally I would tell you to get 10k because 20k are really like pure actinc in leds i have had.

OK my idea is a 10k in the middle of my 2 now, then use that for my dawn/dusk and the other 2 for high noon and everything else now my last question is can my tank go completely dark for a few hrs at night or should it always have light??

completely dark is fine of course, that is how most people have it. You are no where close to replicating lunar cycles, that is really a whole different level.
