New lights! Some questions though

Since the blue+ bulb peaks around 450 nm, it definitely provides the light to make the fluorescent colors pop. You could definitely run two blue+ bulbs for that effect.

I would just order some bulbs and see what you like and play from there. Considering what you want, I would recommend these ATI bulbs. Actinic, Blue+, and 2 Coral+.

It would be an overall darker look in your tank, with crazy fluorescence. If its two dark, switch out a coral+ and put in an Aquablue special.
