meant live rock...Got this from a friends established tank. It was left in a bucket overnight and when I opened this what I found. Should I use it or let it die out? I have seen no worms in my tank so far. What are these? a few of them are really long, and they really gross me out lol.is there a way to remove them?

Bristleworms are ok to have in the tank - they help with cleanup.

Use the rock, DON"T DIP IT cause you will kill everything thats good on it. Don't worry aout the worms trust me you have allot more that that while your tank is up and running,

I added this rock and it seems to have caused a small ammonia spike
