New LTA

i just got my LTA and it is in god condition. it is slightly bleached but other wise perfect. it is VERY sticky to the touch. foot is unhurt and nice looking, its mouth is not gaping. and all around i am very happy with my new nem. pics when i put it in the tank later. my tank is 1 year old also.

 

ok, first question, now that im acclimating the nem, its mouth is gaping, when before it was not. is that normal?

 

I wouldn't worry about it right now, I would just acclimate it, put it in the tank, then let it go and see how it does.

ok so slightly bleached was an under statement... but, it still has a nice blue on 80% of the tentacles. i am confident it will do great in my tank. it is already opened nicer than in the store (i love my MH lighting ) here are the pics!

 

so, what do you think?
