    Hello,
My name is Sandy, I'm a grandma who lives alone and got into reefs a little over a year ago. I fell in love with saltwater tanks the first time my late husband and I walked into Neptune’s in Colorado and I saw two baby clowns playing in an anemone. I had a 29 gallon tall and just downsized to a BC14 and love it. I found your site when I was doing a search on peppermint shrimp. Here's a photo of my tank, I switched everything over about a week ago and it seems to be doing pretty good. Just added a couple frags yesterday. In the tank is red and green mushrooms, green star galaxy, red palm macro, small frags of zoas & a little Kenya tree. A pink feather duster I added yesterday who came out of his tube and went into the live rock this morning! a maroon clown, a lawnmower blennie, three crabs and a bunch of Nassarius and Periwinkle Snails. Oh and before anyone has heart failure the heater is in there temp till I get a 50watt short to go in one of the back chambers.

Thank you for the welcome! I added a picture, it has the new little frags in it. I can not remember if my LF guy told me that was a kenya tree? or not. Maybe you all can tell me for sure.

Awesome looking BC14. Welcome to 3reef. That looks just my Kenya trees. Just keep an eye on it because they will frag themselves lol by dropping branches. I liked your comment about the heater.
