    I bought this coral today and it's just been in my tank for a few hours but I'm wondering if it will ever open up? Does the flow matter? I know it likes low flow but how low is low

    Most likely, yes. They are hearty little corals. I "poisoned" a pair of mine 5 weeks ago and it is finally growing back.

    With new shroom on a frag plug, you should keep it verrrrry low flow as possible until it is happy in your tank.... It has a tendency to detach and float around the tank if it's not happy

    I have made a cave for it to block as much glow as possible, it opens wide and has nearly doubled in size in a mere week
