Anyway.. now that we get to start over we are thinking about changing from our canister filter to a wet dry:)... We were wondering what is a good affordable pump?? Its for a 26gal.. I have been a Danner fan for years, I have had some Danners running for 7+ years without issue -- actually only had to replace one's impellar and the breakage was due to a shell getting sucked up (my fault for not having the screen on the pump too)

I love these threads - you will have 10 different people offer 10 different products .... and everything posted about them is true. I bet if you asked what pumps are crap you will start to see a real theme appear :)

Just like cars. Different strokes for different folks. It all depends on how much $$ you want to spend. :)
