    Welcome to 3Reef, Eric.
You'll probably want to pick up at least 5-6 bags of live sand for a good 1-2" sand bed in addition to what is listed above.
How much are you paying for what's listed above, did you get a breakdown or just one price for everything?
What are your plans for fish/coral?

if you are planning to go reef, you will nedd to upgrade lights from 175 watts, to 250 or 400 watt ;) otherwise, your fine :D

    Some suggestions:

-The ampmaster is to much pump for a return, you'll have micro bubble problems from too much flow in your sump. More turn over is not always a good thing. Tunze's & other PH's can provide a better suited in tank flow.

-175's are fine, but you will be limited to the Iwasaki 15k bulb, which puts out the par of a 250...upgrading maybe something to consider.

-Reevaluate the PC's, they are poor supplement lights. T5's or VHO are much better and offer better spectrums/kelvin.

    -the RS80 is underpowered for a 125, I'd suggest a DAS EX-2, ATI BM200, or similar model.

    HTH and good luck ;)
